An Order placed & confirmed cannot be cancelled. You are required to check the Order once it reaches you. Any breakage or damage should be reported immediately & the Order will stand cancelled & full refund initiated. Once the Order is delivered to & accepted by you, claim for refund for any reason whatsoever shall not be honoured
