e. If purchasing from third party distributors, you are advised to check the expiry date or package conditions before accepting.

f. Customers are advised to read the instructions on the package carefully before consuming the products. Any discovery of allergies or other similar bodily discomfort caused by consumption of our products shall be your responsibility.

g. If, as a result of any future outbreak or natural calamity, for which there is no statutory requirement as of now, we cannot not be held liable for that.

2. PRICING

a. Selling price of our products will vary based on the market conditions. The exact selling price relevant to your order will be reflected in your invoice.

b. The prices are reviewed periodically and can be changed.

3. CANCELLATION BY US

a. In case of climatic, geographical, political or traffic conditions, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

b. No action by the client shall be entertained in case of cancellation of order by us due to climatic, geographical, political or traffic conditions.

c. Upon such situations, you shall be credited in your wallet the amount paid by you.

d. Such cancellation of order shall be communicated to you via email or text message.

e. In case of stock unavailability, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

7. CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER:

a. A request for cancellation of order by the client can be processed only if communicated to us 24 hours in advance via email.

b. If a customer has placed a one-time order, cancellation of such shall not be accepted if the delivery executive has already left for the delivery of such order.

c. Any cancellation/ non-acceptance of products other than the medium specified herein shall not be entertained and the customer shall be liable to pay the total amount of order.

8. COMMUNICATION:

a. All communication shall take place only through website.

b. We may communicate non-delivery of your order via email, text message etc.

c. Any grievances or redressal shall be communicated to us only via email or Customer Service helpline.

9. PAYMENT:

a. Payment can be made online at www.frodel.in This is an automated payment system. 

b. We also accept other modes of payment like PhonePe, GooglePay, Paytm.

d. Incase of payment failure, we are not liable for the same.

f. In case of non-receipt of payment due to payment gateway issue or any other similar issues, we will not be responsible for any damages caused to the customer and the customer will be liable to pay us the amount for the services offered.

10. REFUND POLICY

a. Refundable amount shall be credited to the customer’s bank account/or any other payment gateway associated with the registration.

b. Upon request to refund such amount to an account not associated with the said registration, management shall not be held liable for any fraudulent activities caused by such transfer.

c. Payment gateway charges, if any, shall be deducted from the refund amount.

11. LIABILITY

a. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for (i) death or personal injury caused by negligence (ii) fraud; (iii) misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter; or (iv) any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
